Using ARCVIEW GIS technology, an early warning housing model is under development.
Information has been collected from building departments, police departments, and
departments within SHRA. The objective of the research is to identify those locations
in Sacramento County where public intervention could be effective. SHRA will be reviewing
real estate trends, land use changes and sociological information to identify areas of
concern. Representative maps will be posted on this site as we progress
SHRA projects are shown by unit size. Square markers indicate
multi=family projects. Single dots indicate First Time Home Buyer Assistance
programs, programs that support the region's housing stock and provide
opportunity to area home buyers
